We don’t use your driving information to deny a claim against you but instead use it to quickly alert us and assist in the event of a claim and get on with helping you, whether it’s your fault or not.
If there’s a dispute between you and another driver over who was at fault, we’ll have a good idea of what happened from the driving data and we’ll defend you against the other party if we’re armed with better information.
If it’s a more serious event we’ll check if you’re ok and we’ll deal with the other party or their insurer for you.
